Take out the Trash

"Sin is our garbage—something we all produce, something we can’t ignore. Just as we must recognize trash for what it is and take it to the curb, we must also identify the sin in our lives and bring it into the light. Before the 'garbage man'—before Christ—people carried the weight of their sin without relief. But now, we have a Savior who takes our mess and removes it completely. The first step is acknowledgment: putting words to our sin, refusing to hide it or normalize it. Only then can we hand it over and live clean, restored lives."
